If bd85 suspects a member of abusing bonuses, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. This includes risk-free betting patterns, matched betting, and claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd85:

• Any form of fraud or use of software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attacking, hacking, or spreading malware on bd85's systems.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Using bd85 for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 to register.

If any such activity is proven, bd85 will immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

Bd85 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Registration using false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submit required documents.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

Bd85 may charge a maintenance fee on inactive account balances. This fee is a fixed monthly amount and will be communicated to the account holder in a timely manner.
